For businesses to be successful on social media they need to meet certain requirements. Committing to the cause is the first step and is followed by spending time with the subject. Businesses need a goal, know who they try to engage with and they need to understand that just putting up a Facebook page doesn’t mean you are active and you have a functioning social media presence. It requires time to establish a brand, big or small.
